  • Generate new clients and listings/inquiry for project pipelines by calling the leads, attending networking events and other sources.
  • Promote company’s property listings/inquiries and pursuing new buyer/tenant prospects, negotiating deals until successful closings.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth plan.
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare presentations/proposals and reports for new business pitches and existing project appointments.
  • Expected to be able to assist clients in problem solving related to sale or lease transaction and to negotiate commercial terms and condition between clients.
  • Previous experience (minimum 1 year) working in this or similar position in Dubai real estate market, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Consistent and successful track record of property sales in Dubai market.
  • Proven experience in building relationships and dealing with different developers / owners /sellers and / or other brokers/agencies in UAE market specifically in Dubai.
  • Outstanding knowledge in UAE market specifically in Dubai, developers, real estate competitors / brokers, projects, and real estate regulations and law.
  • Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual.
    Ability to listen and find tailor made solutions.
  • Own vehicle is a must.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, any other language is welcome.
  • Attractive commissions (no basic salary) with additional motivational scheme based on the agent’s performance.
