Maria has over 10 years professional experience in the UAE, France and Russia in banking, business development and real estate. Maria embarked on her real estate journey in Dubai in 2013 with over 500 million dirhams in sales, particularly known for her expertise with the iconic Burj Khalifa. In 2023, Maria co-founded ART REALTY, a high-end real estate agency setting new benchmarks in the real estate industry, offering clients unparalleled expertise and a bespoke approach to property investment, sales and management. Maria finds inspiration in the company's ambitions, work environment and professional opportunities. Her mission is to grow the team and the business, guiding clients towards their real estate aspirations and ensuring that ART REALTY remains synonymous with excellence, innovation, and unwavering dedication to client success.
Paul Reith is a senior investment banker and venture capitalist with over 28 years experience in international cross-border M&A and private equity investments. Paul advises Art Realty as CFO. He is currently CEO of Broadwater Health, a London-based venture capital firm focused on innovative healthcare and biotech companies. Paul spends his time between London and Dubai working with portfolio companies and sophisticated professional investors. Previously he worked with HSBC (London) and Barings (London/Amsterdam) in Corporate Finance, advising high profile multinational clients from a range of commercial sectors including Telecom, Media, Technology, Hospitality, Healthcare, Mining and Manufacturing. As a successful investor and business builder, Paul works primarily with the company’s CEO and Partner, as well as with the management team, to help consolidate and strengthen the team, build a corporate culture of engagement and expand the company to the international market.
Alianna is a seasoned commercial real estate expert with a focus on the retail and hospitality sectors. With over a decade of experience in the MENA region and Europe, she's a trusted industry leader known for her exceptional negotiation skills and strategic approach with exclusive access to the most desirable commercial properties in the market. As an Associate Partner at ART REALTY, Alianna has facilitated countless deals for clients, from small businesses to corporations. Her deep market understanding and knack for identifying lucrative opportunities benefit property owners, tenants and buyers alike. Alianna is dedicated to delivering top-tier service, ensuring smooth, tailored transactions. Her integrity, professionalism, and commitment to success are well-regarded.
